Educational Qualification
Primary Teacher :
- Applicants must have 12th(Senior Secondary) or its equivalent with at least 50% marks & passed/appearing in the final year of 2 years D.EI.Ed(Diploma in Elementary Education)/12th (Senior Secondary ) it’s equivalent- with at least 50% marks & passed /appearing in the final year of 4 years B.EI.Ed(Bachelor of Elementary Education)/12th (Senior Secondary) it’s equivalent- with at least 50% marks & passed /appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education)/Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed).
- Applicants must have a qualified in Kerala CTET/TET.
High School Teacher :
- Applicants must have passed the Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject, with B.P.Ed/ B.Ed /D.EI.Ed/ D.P.Ed. from a recognized Institution/University (Or)
- Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed /appearing in 1-year B.Ed (Bachelor in Education) (Or)
- 12th (Senior Secondary) it’s equivalent with at least 50% marks and 4 years B.El.Ed (Bachelor in Elementary Education) (Or)
- 12th(Senior Secondary) it is equivalent with at least 50% marks and 4years B.Sc.Ed (Or)

Post Graduate (Master Degree) in concerned subject with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/OBC) from recognized University / B.Ed.(Bachelor of Education) from National Council for Teacher Education recognized institution
