Qualification

• Applicants must-have complete Class 10th from a recognized board (also an ITI Certificate in Mechanic Trade).
• Must have learned of any of the State Languages.
• Should be conversant with the customs of (Sikkim) & its usages.

Age Limit

• Lower Age (Limit): 18 Years
• Upper Age (Limit): 40 Years

Paper – 1

General English

• Vocabulary & Usages  

• Comprehension of the given Passage

General Knowledge

•  National, Current Events of Sikkim, & International Importance.

Paper 2 

Practical

1. Knowledge of offset printing, Basic concept & post-press machinery.

2. Electrical Components or Knowledge of mechanical or parts of machinery.

3. Types of Compressor & its Functions, its maintenance & repair.

4. Conversant with different types of tools & uses  & equipment

5. Different types of lubricating oil & its uses in different machines

6. Knowledge of breakdown of machinery i.e. its solution mounting of blades  & problems etc.

7. Knowledge on the breakdown of machinery i.e. the nature of the defect & its remedy

8. Roller set, Machine lubrication,  damp from roller setting-problem & solution

9. Dealing with cutting machines (its problems & mounting of blades, solution, etc).

10. Nature of the defect, Knowledge of electrical system of expense machine, & its remedy.

11. Periodical preventive maintenance
